Terms and Conditions ofLiposolution Online Video Training Program

Only trained medical and dental practitioners may order the injectable Phosphatidylcholine-Deoxycholate solution by prescription
The Phosphatidylcholine-Deoxycholate solution will only be released to a registered medical or dental practitioner once the practitioner has successfully passed the Liposolution Online Video Training Program
The pass rate for the Liposolution Online Video Training Program is 80%
Medical and Dental Practitioners need to seek their own medico-legal cover and will not automatically receive insurance once they have completed the Liposolution Online Video Training Program
Liposolution Phosphatidylcholine-Deoxycholate solution is a compounded product and it is against the law to stockpile compounded solutions

Every individual who wishes to have an Injectable Lipolysis procedure, needs to be consulted first and a written prescription must accompany each order submitted to Liposolution
Once payment has been received, the prescription is forwarded to Lycoderm Compounding Pharmacy for compounding and will be distributed from Lycoderm
No orders will be received directly from Liposolution and practitioners should be aware that a slight delay may occur
By entering an HPCSA or DPCSA number, you agree that you are a registered medical or dental practitioner. If a false number is entered, or you cannot provide proof of identity when your account is being registered, Liposolution reserves the right to cancel your account registration and refuse to process your order of the Phosphatidylcholine-Deoxycholate solution
No refunds on the Liposolution Online Video Training Program will be paid
All training videos and reference videos are for viewing by Registered Medical and Dental Practitioners only and should not be shown to, or shared with the general public or patients of such Registered Practitioners
Clinical support will only be provided via email communication at training@transformmedical.co.za. No clinical support will be provided via telephone calls or WhatsApp messages.
